Ultimate Energy Makeover

Training Overview

Improving individual human performance is the most effective way to improve workplace performance and results. The best way to do that is to focus on the health and energy of your team members.

Your team’s performance, energy, attention span, concentration, problem-solving skills, motivation, productivity, creativity and output hinges on their inner vitality. Implementing a strategic, tailored, data-driven well-being program in your workplace will improve your team members’ vital energy.

The Ultimate Energy Makeover teaches your workforce to tap into their vital energy reservoir, generate more inner power, and maintain sustainable levels during their workday. During this program, we provide a shared language around energy management which fuels the adoption of new ways of connecting every element of their lives.

Each module (mind, body, spirit, and emotions) is carefully designed to teach participants to increase their energy level progressively; each module provides the relevant tools to maintain high performance in the workplace.

What You’ll Learn

As with all our courses, The Ultimate Energy Makeover training will be tailored to meet your company’s unique circumstances and objectives.

The entire training program addresses the unavoidable Energy Trifecta in detail.

  • Leveraging non-negotiables: Learning how to use air, water, sleep and food to increase your energy level
  • Moving from Deficiency to Sufficiency: Uncovering the secrets of the inner workings of the body
  • Getting away from Dysfunction to Function (Fun-action): Fixing fatigue and poor energy in the most natural, easy, and fun way for lasting remarkable results

Each course within the Vital Energy training program is simple but very powerful and will include some of the following learning outcomes:

  • Define what Vital Energy is
  • Understand what extreme fatigue and lack of energy feels like
  • Identifying where energy is being lost within teams and working environment
  • Distinguish fatigue from burnout and feeling depressed
  • Learn to transform depleting habits, thoughts and activities into ones that raise vital energy, giving strength, awareness, resilience, creativity and power.
  • Explain metabolism, explore the eight universal metabolisers; this provides the missing links between thoughts, emotions, the food we eat and the ability to enjoy more energy.
  • Making vital energy powerful, authentic and practical
  • Exploring mindful eating as the master-key to triggering and maintaining a sustainable flow of vital energy

The Benefits of Conflict Management Training For You and Your Organisation

Effective energy management allows for a greater capacity for people (and therefore, teams) to get more done in less time and with higher engagement levels and longer-term sustainability.

Organisations that have taken part in The Ultimate Energy Makeover training reported that effective energy management allows for greater business performance.

Additionally, organisations found that:

  • 68% of participants had a positive impact on their relationships with clients
  • Another 71% saw a noticeable impact on their productivity and performance
  • Team members reported getting more done in less time
  • Employee retention was higher
  • Customer satisfaction improved
  • Employers experienced a better reputation because of improved customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Participants are also offered the possibility to work with accountability partners to stay on track and implement the principles from the training. Having an accountability partner increases their chance to successfully integrate these new practices from 5% to 75%-95%.

Who should attend Conflict Management Training?

Although primarily aimed at teams, WeTrain’s Conflict to Cohesion training is also ideal for managers and supervisors who want to improve their leadership skills and acquire practical new tools to further engage and empower their staff.

Our past clients have ranged in positions and industries. For example, we have had Shire Presidents training alongside their Councillors, small business owners training alongside their staff and not-for-profit CEOs training alongside their volunteers.

Experience and customer feedback has consistently told us that our Conflict to Cohesion training was beneficial threefold: for the organisation, the attendees and for clients and customers. An additional benefit, regularly shared with us, is that the training has also helped attendees become better partners, better parents and better for themselves.

Employees who will find the course content helpful include:

  • Your customer service and client liaison staff
  • Your admin teams, receptionists, telephonists, and public facing-staff
  • Your teaching staff and education assistants
  • Your production and planning staff
  • Team leaders, supervisors, and managers
  • HR, recruitment, and OSH personnel

As your course is unique to your company, we tailor it to the appropriate level and audience relevance. Just tell us your requirements.

How is the Course Delivered?

WeTrain’s Conflict TO Cohesion: Getting Along In The Workplace course is generally presented as an engaging, interactive and fun two-day program, however, we can tailor the content to present a shorter session for conferences and events.

We aim to deliver training which is completely relevant to your business and your team. That’s why we undertake an initial consultation, where we assess the skill level of your attendees, address your desired outcomes and find out valuable information about your company and its current set-up.

Remember, it’s your course, so you get to decide where it takes place. We are happy to teach WeTrain’s Conflict Resolution: Getting Along In The Workplace program either from your workplace or at a venue of your choice.

Convenient Training at Your Premises or Off-Site

WeTrain can come to your office if you have the right space and facilities to host your training, or we can talk about off-site venues to conduct your training.

What Are Ideal Course Numbers?

Our courses are typically ‘hands-on’, so we suggest keeping numbers to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 people. This allows our trainer to interact with your entire group yet still have enough time to allow for one-to-one interactions.

If your group exceeds 12, we will happily structure your training program to meet the needs of a larger audience. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
